A new language has been brought to light in Northeastern India

Koro is the language spoken at the foothills of the Himalayas spoken by tribes living in the Northeastern state of India. The researchers came across the language accidentally while on a mission record two other little known languages, Aka and Miju. While it was at first confused as a dialect of Aka, it later become evident that it was sufficiently unique to indentify it as a language in its own right.
